How I work

Provider-independent, but grounded in what you already use.

The main AI ecosystems.

OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft. I work across the major providers so your setup fits your stack instead of forcing a tool decision too early.

Knowledge base and instructions.

Where your knowledge lives, what the AI should know, how instructions are structured, and how the setup stays usable if you switch providers.

Connected services.

The bridge between the AI interface and your tools: email, calendar, files, sheets, databases, and the systems you already use. Providers call this connectors, MCPs, or integrations.

Skills and automations.

Reusable instructions and scheduled tasks for things that come up again and again.

Agents and workflows.

The shift from AI working with you to AI working for you: systems with instructions, memory, tools, and a clear job to do.

Human judgment.

We decide what AI should handle, what it should prepare, and what stays with you.

Service 01

Individual Setup

Three sessions. You understand the AI landscape, then get a working setup on your machine, built around your projects, tools, and recurring tasks.

Session 1 - Audit + Foundation 3-4h

We look at what you use today, what works, what does not, and what you want AI to help with. From there, I give you the AI landscape in plain language: from chat partners to agents and intelligent workflows, the main providers, risks, and what could make sense for you. We end with a clear plan for Session 2.

Session 2 - Installation 3-4h

Hands-on, on your machine. We set up the system, connect it to your working context, and build the first intelligent workflows for repetitive tasks. By the end, you have something you can use.

Follow-up up to 2h

After you have used the setup for a bit, we answer the questions that came up in practice and adjust the workflows where needed.

Team AI Setup

For teams that want to bring AI into daily operations. We start by mapping your current processes, then build AI into the parts where it helps.

What's inside

A process and tool audit, workflow mapping, AI opportunity decisions, setup recommendations, and practical implementation. Depending on scope, this can include workshops, team training, agent workflows, documentation, and rollout support.

Why this order

AI amplifies the process you add it to. If responsibilities, handovers, or recurring steps are unclear, automation makes the weak spots bigger. We clean up and simplify the process first, then add AI where it can reliably take work off the team.

What this draws on

20 years of experience across different industries and roles: artist management, booking, touring, music labels, film production, marketing, corporate events, and agency projects. Releases, event production, and campaign rollouts are work I know from the inside. AI is the newest layer.

Individuelles Setup

Drei Sessions. Du verstehst die KI-Landschaft und bekommst ein funktionierendes Setup auf deinem Rechner, gebaut um deine Projekte, Tools und wiederkehrenden Aufgaben.

Session 1 - Audit + Foundation 3-4h

Wir schauen, was du heute nutzt, was funktioniert, was nicht und wofür du KI einsetzen willst. Danach bekommst du die KI-Landschaft in klarer Sprache: von Chatpartnern zu Agents und intelligenten Workflows, die wichtigsten Anbieter, Risiken und was für dich Sinn ergibt. Am Ende steht ein klarer Plan für Session 2.

Session 2 - Installation 3-4h

Hands-on, auf deinem Rechner. Wir richten das System ein, verbinden es mit deinem Arbeitskontext und bauen die ersten intelligenten Workflows für wiederkehrende Aufgaben. Am Ende hast du etwas, mit dem du arbeiten kannst.

Follow-up bis zu 2h

Nachdem du das Setup im Alltag genutzt hast, klären wir die Fragen aus der Praxis und justieren die Workflows bei Bedarf nach.
